The boarding crew had a very revengeful person who made me pay £48 for a priority standard cabin bag that I already paid for claimming that 0.5 cm extra in the wheels is enough to make it not eligible. This extreme behaviour collecting money from passengers right before boarding will cause easyJet to close down, I hope so. I paid more for cheap not comfortable airlines than other earlines who offer for the same price 23kg checked baggage with +/-3 kg, flexibility in all standard luggage sizes are acceptable, hot meal, wide seats and end up suffering that much and paying more. Not just ridiculous; it's offensive, illegal and ripping people off in a time with no choice but to continue their journey and pay whatever they are forced to pay. I have seen many passengers complaining while being ripped off on the flight doors. I hope all of them will rule out Easyjet from their options until they close down soon. Good luck collecting your last pennies before closing down.
The EasyJet employee who I checked in with was exceptionally helpful and kind about assisting me. He was reassuring about my carry-on bag and what to do if a gift I got for Christmas did not make it through security. I appreciated his thoughtfulness.
Easy Jet do not allow standard cabin luggage within their basic fare. They will charge you extra if you arrive with a standard sized cabin bag.
On the app, it stated gate closes 40 min prior to departure. Between a slow, busy security line, and a ridiculous last roundabout near the airport that feeds an absurd amount of incoming lanes, we were very stressed about getting to the gate. We had allotted enough time, but the last two miles took 30-45 min. The stress was mostly from EasyJets app saying the gate would close 40 prior, though the number is too early. We arrived at the gate about 30 prior and we didn’t even start boarding until another 20-25 min. I paid to have three bags checked, and then the gate agent wanted me to check size of a shoulder carryon that can clearly fit anywhere and would never be challenged anywhere else, except some place like Ryan, maybe. Priority boarding of Easy Jet is waste of money because all the passengers board the plane at the same time.
the flight was very good, the landing was excellent. nevertheless, we paid for a very expensive ticket, we should be able to have our small cabin bag without charge on board, have some water on flight or a small meal. but that's the case with carriers like easy jet. thank you.
The boarding was smooth and the crew members were friendly and helpful. Plenty of legroom in the first row.

The boarding was horrible. I was told by email, to chekin at the airport, because it was impossible to do it on line for my 3 children. Nothing more. We arrived at the airport 3 hours before departure. The stewardess told us, it was not working for children and told us to call easyjet in France. The answer of easyjet France was : the departure is in less than 2 hours, so we can do nothing. Can you immagnie the stressfull situation. My wife and my younger child were crying !! I allready imagined how it would be difficult to cancel the return flight, the hotel, and activities we booked and paied... Fortunatly the stewardess was fantastic and decided to call for us easyjet London. Easyjet London explained there was a suspicion of fraud during the booking, and all was blocked except my paiment... Of course easyjet took my money... They decided to cancel my booking and book again in the same time. During this treatment, the stewardess forgot to check in our cabin suitcase. I can't blame her because she solved the problem. BUT when we arrived a the gate we where told to pay again 29€ for the suitecase that was not booked at the second booking... Today : Can you tell me who I have to write to to get this 29 € refunded? Thanks in advance. Kind regards
Special mention for the crew I rarely had such abn enjoyable flight despite a 40 minutes delay !
I was blackmailed by the staff to pay for the cabin bags as a condition to get on board. I paid 120 pounds for nothing. It will be the last time i use easy get or any other lowcost flight.
Great flight push back was a little late but arrived 25 minutes early allowing a great day exploring Lisbon

The flight was almost 3 hours delayed. The vouchers given were of 3.50€ which is absolutely ridiculous considering the time. Also it's less than the amount written on EasyJets own website. Also we couldn't even use the vouchers in the restaurant, only in a cafe and only for drinking.
As per usual, EasyJet flight was delayed for take-off from 20:20 to 22:05. Annoyingly, there was a flight at 21:25 by EasyJet that left before we could! Really poor planning on their side, which meant arriving back at Gatwick, transport back home was limited due to the late arrival. Delayed flights is consistent with EasyJet this year, and this is the finally straw! Goodbye EasyJet. I will DEFINITELY fly with other operators now. Most likely BA as they seem to have the most reliable service!
I would be better if we didn't have to pay an other time for bagages!
You cancelled my flight. Which made me lose out money for other connecting flights and destination hotel cost all gone, because you cancelled my flight

Teníamos pasajes con equipaje de mano y nos hicieron facturar, los mismos pasajes y el mismo equipaje a la vuelta con British air y no tuvimos problema. 116£ robados!!!

Rude rude rude staff. The new baggage rules are RIDICULOUS. the box to check the size of your luggage at boarding had a lip, so even if your bag is small enough it won’t go in due to the lip. They’ve made the new size limit ever so slightly smaller than your average small suitcase with wheels so everyone was charged extra. My holdall fit, was then asked if my handbag could fit inside which it obviously would as there was plenty of room but the woman insisted I put it inside and then the handle came off getting it out. I saw pretty much everyone else get charged with a fine.
