Pros (+) The location is awesome, it is right where you want to be and couldnt get much better. You are on the metro line as well as right at the main shopping street. Very nice lobby.
Cons (-) We were expecting a '4 Star' property as it claims to be but received nothing even close. Our room did not have functioning AC and it was HOT, the room was tiny and seemed like it was rarely cleaned, the elevators were tiny and always full, the staff were extremely strict on the checkout time and ignored an attempt I made before arriving to adjust my reservation.
