The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

BA gave away one of the seats I paid for. Within the last minutes before boarding, my partner couldn't make the flight. I should have had a seat next to me that was empty.

The food was ok, but not great. They delayed boarding in Portland and did not enforce group boarding. But the crew was excellent, went above and beyond.

Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

If my tv wasn’t broken and I wasn’t in a seat that didn’t allow for sleeping

Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration

Used to be my "go to" airline but would be my last choice these days. I think some of the cabin crew believe it would be a great job if it wasn't for the customers.

Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.

Nice experience. Baggage arrival in Mumbai wasn't that quick and needs improvement.

They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it
