Pros:Good location: near the Egyptian museum and the Tahir square.
Cons:X Pictures on website does not match reality: broken door handle, dirty bedding, peeling ceiling paints, ...etc. X Mosquitoes and ants. X Slow response to requests of tissue papers, clean towels, body washes, and hand soap. X Except two staff members in 9-4 shifts. The others don't answer general tourist questions directly (where to go, where to eat, ...), always trying to sell you something after few words. X Most staff cant speak/understand English well. X Breakfast free but not good. X Poor management.
