No line when picking up the vehicle, and staff at the desk were efficient.Cons:
The day after I parked the car in the garage and returned it after hours in exactly the same condition that I'd found it, I received an email ordering me to fill out an accident report for a 5cm long scratch on the rear bumper...that wasn't there during my rental. In the photos that they sent the "damage" couldn't even be seen on the overall shot of the back of the car, so I'm not convinced that everything matched up here. To give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe someone backed into the car in the tiny clearance of the garage, who knows. My insurance covers damage, but no one wants the hassle of filing a claim while on vacation, and this one in particular seems petty and opportunistic. I wouldn't recommend renting here.8.0 Very good

Returning the car after hours was very confusing. We didn't have a code for the garage and had to wait until someone else came along with the code. Also the self serve kiosk was behind a gate so we couldn't access it. The after hours phone number was no help either.10.0 Wonderful

I showed up to the location I chose from the map (Gothenburg central station) however somehow my reservation had been made for the airport, which I didn't check at the time. So I had to get a taxi to the airport at 11pm and called the hertz employee to stay past her hours.4.0 Mediocre
