I reserved Pacifica or similar and got Pacifica, and the car itself was nice. That's what I liked. Everything else was not. Car was filthy, smelled like a dog and had a lottttt of dog hair all over it inside. It had trash left in the trunk and there was a plastic bag with something that looked like a diaper inside, I didn't look inside, it was disgusting. I've also returned the vehicle 2 days earlier and it was only $25 less. When I was returning g the vehicle, I asked the return agent to provide me a receipt and she said it would be emailed to be and price adjusted, bit if I knew it would be only $25 less I would ha e kept the car 2 more days. I was in Florida so we had to return early because hurricane was coming. They should have AT LEAST informed me of what I would be charged when I was returning, especially after I asked.
We weren't told about a deposit, the gas door wouldn't open so we could not refill, Budget keeps changing the price and taking extra money.
Front desk management was excellent. Answered all questions, helpful suggestions and great personality.
When I ask for any discounts they should've said yes 40%..that's on your web page..I was given no discounts..they never answered phones put me on hold 5times..hung up more than 5times on me..or didn't answer phone at all..shock they couldn't make a rental for10days cheaper
Since we booked with Kayak for the GRR airport we assumed the car would be at the airport. The car was offsite at a location with no shuttle which also closed at noon which was when our flight arrived. After standing in line at the airport desk for 20-30 minutes the clerk told us we had 20 minutes to make it to the other site before it closed... they were off by an hour. So after taking a cab to and back from the closed site we had to rebook a car. Which made us late to our destination. Which made me look irresponsible. Pretty bad experience all around.
