Pros:breakfast in additional MYR60/- per person. great location with local attractions and a nearby shopping mall and local food stalls
Pros:nice bar and pool. new rooms.
Cons:Checkin was a pain in the a$$. Took 30 minutes- at first the said "we don't have your reservation." Annoying after flying for 15 hours. I showed my confirmation, and the receptionist was still puzzled. I had to call the travel agency I booked through online, who then called the hotel to see what the heck was going on. The front desk staff was polite but unhelpful. Eventually they said it was a "computer error" and manually made a new reservation for me. Sucked waiting 30 minutes in the lobby without a room waiting to checkin. Felt like a criminal in timeout. No apology,
Pros:Courteous staff. Nice showers. Good buffet breakfast with great selection
Cons:Only two single beds or one king bed option
Pros:Beautifully done hotel with modern European finishes and classy black/charcoal wood trim made it beautiful. Tall ceilings made the room feel huge. Nothing but excellent recommendations on the room. The roof top pool was great with an amazing view from the pool bar.
Cons:I would open up a section of the bushes by the pool to allow an area where you can overlook the city. I think the intention was to keep it private but the view is awesome.
