After going back and forth with the airline, they never reimbursed the airline tickets. Went around asking multiple people how to get reimbursed and kept getting put back, not satisfied with their customer service.

Excellent service. departed on time, and arrived ahead of schedule. The whole restrictions around no food/drink is a bit weird even with Covid. Also, no mobiles and iPad use during takeoff and landing is very 2006!

Cons: For a 1 hour flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, they served a delicious meal and hot beverages. Great seats in business class. Nice Thai lounge in Chiang Mai airport. Would definitely fly Thai Airlines again!

Pros: A seat in the upper deck. Very attentive flight attendants.
Cons: With a biz class, I assumed alcohol would be served, well, it wasn't. I fly all over the world and this is the only airline I have ever flown which didn't serve alcohol with a biz class seat. I was told they don't serve alcohol on domestic flights.review from
