i booked a compact through kayak at $48.18. when i went to pick up the car 15 minutes later, they said they didn't have a compact and i had to pay nearly double to get a different car since i couldn't wait nearly 3 hours for a compact to be returned. If i was able to book at compact, one should have been available or Avis should have honored the price.10.0 Wonderful

Was unable to rent the car due to being unaware of 2 hour window to pick up car- the car was rented to someone else when I went to pick it up. I received a call the week prior to confirm the rental- I would have appreciated a heads up or a call to verify my rental before it was given to someone else. Customer should be made aware of this 2 hour rule at time of reservation!2.0 Poor
