At least they did have a car for us although it used up extra time having to wait to get driven to the other office and then check in there.Cons:
They didn't answer the phone (understaffed) so nobody came to pick us up at the cruise terminal. The location was overbooked so had to drive several of us to another location to get the cars we reserved. Upon return (before 5:30) we were told they might not be able to drive up back to the cruise terminal since it would be at least 5:30 till the driver returned from dropping others off (again due to being understaffed).2.0 Poor

the car I had book had to have an oil change; therefore wasn't available. I did have the choice to upgrade or take a lesser car. I should have had a lesser charge as I chose economy. Unable to pick up the car when I arrived. Early am 0130. no one was on duty. had to take a cab instead.Thrifty
