The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

The Crew have no idea about the food they're serving the passengers. The Crew MUST be instructed before each flight about the menu that will be served to the passengers, whether the food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whether it is Halal, Kosher or not.

Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sitting in front of us, we noticed from her conversations we witnessed with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business class. She was sat in 16A. Firstly she was talking loudly the majority of the flight with two other men, one of which was leaning over the seat in front of her. This was disturbing as they were talking loudly and we were not able to sleep. The 12 hour long flight turned into a nightmare, even the noise cancellation didn’t work for their chatter. Secondly she requested extra meals from the crew for her male friends. We believe the meals came from business class. They also took their e-cigarettes out and were caught the cabin crew, but no further action was taken. Sitting in economy and seeing this is extremely disheartening. Next time I will book Emirites, I don’t think their staff would be allowed to behave like this.

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Better attitude training for staff at airport, better training for flight attendants, better food, don’t put us with all the crying babies that cried nonstop for 12 plus hours.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

Not much food available, not able to choose seats to be near each other, tv did not work

Food was icecold or frozen including breakfast. Hopeless service. Rude crew.

Catering strike impacted food service. Snacks & water were available. Gate staff did advise "if you want food on the plane you will need to bring it aboard". Entertainment system not available on this flight. Boarding was early. Departure was early & arrival was early.

The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours

Due to a strike taking place with the airline, it negatively impacted my flight in multiple ways. My flight was delayed over 2 hours and the food served was mediocre at best.

Delays upon delays. Food was gross. Separated me and my spouse is the seating I heard others complaining they weren't sat with their loved ones either.

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.

Cabin crew were great. Seats are criminal for tall people

Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs due to problem with a previous flight to mine; I was informed appropriately via Text & Email, however, website did not keep up with messages sent by nearly an hour. When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

My school age daughter was not sat near me. We left almost an hour late. Therefore arriving late and missing another flight. Since it was not a connecting flight there was nothing Lufthansa could do about it. After the selay in take off and arrival we waited almost an hour for baggage claim. There was zero concern for my inconvenience. I asked if we could insure being seated together on the return. They stated no because we booked through Kayak. I typically love Lufthansa. This was very disappointing.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

I didn't like much about this flight. Almost no entertainment choices...and not available what was listed. Food not good.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

The first class flight itself was first class, however getting to the airport and getting through the airport was agony. The BA flight sat on the taxiway for ages and caused us to miss our connecting flight which meant half a day lost. Our return flight on BA was cancelled so a dawn flight was made and we lost another half day. Goodby BA

The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.

The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.

Lost one checked bag.and wasted 30min waiting and filing missing baggage report. Very unsatisfied.

Check in process was unfamiliar. While receiving assistance the employees supervisor berated him for not walking the area. Lucky for us, he ignored her and helped us check in. Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the service we received.

We have business class seats from Los Angeles to London. The crew is friendly and provided great service. The flight was very comfortable and very smooth. Will use this airlines again in the future.

Asked for a wheelchair multiple times. Got denied the wheelchair in London layover.

I travelled on biz class and f there is no water in the toilette to wash my hands I would expect to have this indicated somehow and not just finding out when I'm there expecting to be able to wash my hands and teeth. Also this is in general that it is always so rushy at the end of these kind of long flights. It is like we are sitting there for 9 hours and the last 1.5 hours just feels like I have time for nothing. Because food comes and at the same time we are close to destination everyone tries to pack their stuff and go to toilette and eat and everything :))) not that like I would know a good solution here I just wanted to raise this :)

Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.

Yogurt only for the last meal was not what I could eat. choice of a croissant or other item would be preferred. It's a busy time, though, so i understand.
