I was lent a brand new car for a really GREAT PRICE! Not to mention that the rental was for a 44-day booking. The car was really clean (inside and out) when I got it. The Dollar staff at the Burbank Airport was friendly, and the process of picking it up and dropping it off was very efficient.Reviewed Nov 30 2023

Pros:Drop off was quick and convenient at Santa Barbara airport. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.Cons:Rental car pickup was a long walk from the airport. When we got there, the Dollar booth was closed, and we had to go to another location.Reviewed Apr 13 2021

Cons:Because of COVID I was unable to travel and Priceline would not work with me to move the date of pick up. I live in Los Angeles and we are in lockdown. These are unforeseen circumstances and you would think a large company like Priceline would concede and let me reschedule to a future date. They did not work with me.
