Pros:
Pickup was fine. The van wasn't the nicest but it got the job done.Cons:
The agreed upon drop-off location was closed (gate locked, lights off, no one answered phone), so I called Hertz Corporation. Their agent advised me to drop it off at a different location, neglecting to tell me it would be an additional $800. This was completely unacceptable. When I called to ask about the claim, the Hertz representatives placed the blame fully on me. I will NEVER use Hertz again and will go out of my way to advise others against using that so-called company.2.0 Poor

Dropoff was easy although I still have not received my final receipt which was promised to be sent via email.Cons:
Pickup took way too long and the vehicle was filthy. The registration sticker on the windshield was in my field of vision and partially blocked my view while driving.Dollar
