I bought insurance on kayak online as suggested, just to find out that this package was for driver car damage only. I had to purchase additional 3rd party insurance which always comes with driver car insurance.....waste of money to kayak!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Nothing, they wouldn't rent us the car.Cons:
Since they overbooked the car rentals they wouldn't honor ours because they don't get paid as much commision from online and since my flight was delayed they wouldn't let my friend pick up the car. I tried to add him as a driver and spoke to them over the phone giving him permission (but they purposely locked us out of the system and wouldn't permit and changes online). As a result all the cars on the island were rented and we were without a car. Very disappointed - I was paying more for Avis than other rentals because I assumed they would be professional and reliable. I was wrong.Hertz

The price was very reasonable and the car was in great shape. Costumer service was great although there was a bit of a wait on the pick up.Cons:
They didn’t have a counter at the airport so I had to figure out how to call them to get picked up. On the way back they did have a counter so the problem was solved.One location in Florianopolis
