When we arrived, our large family car was not ready even though we had mentioned our flight details. Very disappointing from Alamo, especially since we needed a large car fo the family and luggage. They offered a smaller car and still wanted to charge us extra! Normally, I am a happy customer of Alamo, but ;avoid the Paris Charles de Gaulle location. Very poor service and not up to Alamo's international standards.8.0 Very good

When arriving by taxi which I paid for it €95 they could not believe that my booking was for a 7 persons car even after showing them the confirmation email. At the end, they told me we only have a 5 persons car for the same rate and it's up to me to accept it or leave it! That was ridiculous and unprofessional. VERY BAD SERVICE INDEED.10.0 Wonderful

This has nothing to do with Avis, but the signage to get to the rental return for Terminal 2E can be rather hard to follow. Be sure to go to the return area for you terminal-there are 2 drop off locations!National

Three charges appeared on my card. In addition I was sent a €300+ bill for damages that Indid not cause and that don't even appear to be damages. Moreover, the registration process was very disorganied and time consuming. Overall, this has been the worst car rental experience of my life.FLIZZR
