Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Flight cancelled support worse than useless. Asking me to drive back and forth between terminal, I was expecting supervisor call within 30 minutes, never happened.

It was a short flight, everything was good with it.

I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.

Seating was average for a first class seat. It very modern. I expected better.

Change of fate should be done well ahead of time rather than a last minute thing without proper communication to the passengers

I was unable to check in online. When I attempted to do so from the app and Luftansa website, I was directed to Niko.hr which I found out was fraught with errors. The kiosk at airport was not working. I had to wait in line to check in which was inefficient

The flight and service were very good. Thanks to the crew.
