My flight BKK–SHJ–TBS was changed, and I was notified only by an email that went into my spam folder. I found out only 1 day before the flight when I checked in online. The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable
Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
As good as you can expect an economy flight from Europe to Australia to be. Nothing agains Qatar, just feels like every new generation of plane gets tighter.
Crew and food was good, ok leg room if you don’t have a big box under the seat. And the seats are so narrow (I’m only 70kg), will consider an alternate airline next time
I prebooked a comfort plus seat on this flight and therefore the flight was comfy. I got the correct seat in the correct section of the plane that I have booked, that's this. Flight was comfortable. Staff were average on the flight, appearing to be rushed and short in engagement with travellers, perhaps this to maximise there rest time on the flight.
Reason for travelling Tampa to Orlando is to fly Qatar Airline. we end up with American Airline. This was the miserable experience I ever had in my entire travel history. Flight attendants were rude. They hit my knee with the food cart and I was holding ice pack for 2 hours. I still have the pain after a week. WE boarded the flight twice because of the temperature inside the plan.
I felt that when I was rerouted it should have been to business class.
Worse fight I ever take since I start flying , still have even made home , and crew abandon us half way home . No water no food and no even anyone to answer our questions
The American/Hollywood movies in the entertainment system lack english subtitles, they tend to have only arabic subtitles. Coupled with the low quality airplane earphones and cabin noise, it sometimes is difficult to follow the movie dialogues.
Seats very small and unable to pre purchase internet or seat upgrades
They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible.
I was denied lounge facility at airport. Explanation was not satisfactory.
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!
The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international
If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
