Overall it was a good flight like any other normal flight staff could a littler nicer pretty short and was their to do their job so overall good services can’t complain
The experience exceeded my expectations and reflected the significant progress.
My flight was great. Service by the crew was great. Only issue I had wss it got extremely warm mid way thru the flight. To the point it was a little uncomfortable
As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.
To be honest, there has been a significant improvement in the level of EgyptAir in terms of service and food quality.
Flight was delayed for 3 hrs and there is nothing at the terminal except going back through security again. Food was offered but no vegetarian option

The plane was falling apart. Screens didn't work. My chair didn't work. My tray didn't work. It makes me nervous about the maintenance of vital functions for flight. The food is horrible. We never eat it.
Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع

Honestly pretty good for a discount airline. I was pretty nervous booking them because the reviews I read were all terrible, but the crew were friendly, they provided a small meal for a 70 minute flight, the plane was clean, the take off and landing were flawless. Very happy with the flight.
Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .
Delayed more than an hour going to Jaddah and more than 2 hours coming back.
Economic travel but still expensive, small aircraft , but best time to travel .

The leg from Jed to Ciro was not related to any avaiation standard. The return leg was fine but online checking in was not allowed where I was not able to choose a seat
