It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley

My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad
Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
The intettainme is old stuff and difficult to get by WiFi and the chair is not comfortable at all although the staff were excellent but beyond their limited
Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.

Honestly pretty good for a discount airline. I was pretty nervous booking them because the reviews I read were all terrible, but the crew were friendly, they provided a small meal for a 70 minute flight, the plane was clean, the take off and landing were flawless. Very happy with the flight.

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .
