Business class website is horrible I couldn’t even check in online never happened me before any other website

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

They destroyed my baby’s stroller and the seats was broken

The flight was delayed which cost me to missed my connection flight.

The planes are very cold. The AC is too much.

Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.

They lost the stroller and car seat which they found after 4 days, and on the way back they damaged the stroller.

Same situation saudi lost my pram and car seat and damaged lagguage

Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.

Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room, return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future. Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

I paid for the services but when I reached the gate there are only few chairs ( around 12)!! This is not accepted. Also the female employer delyed me just to check the weight of my family bags ( so that bags do not overweight 10 kg). One bag was only 6 kg while another was 11.9 kg so she refused to let me pass until I reduced the 1.9 exra kg and transfer it to the 6 kg bag!! I told her all emplyers are understanding and make a total! You shoud teach yr employers how to behave in such situation. Thanks.

It was a horrible experience that I hope not to try it again. Rude stuff Poor food Always delayed schedules Lost baggages

Friendly staff from check in until the crew very helpful and smooth

Very bad no tv no water no food absolute pathetic ! Couldn’t take zam zam ! No free zam zam water allowance! Dont travel

Poor airlines no infotainment system no food not even water was offered… absolutely not recommended! Nasmiles was not counted couldnt log in flynas app ! The app doesnt work with booking PNR! Please dont fly on these pathetic budget airlines!

the seat you book will always be taken by someone else..…

Nothing The flight delayed for more than 3 hours as usual

In the future, it is preferable to provide free snacks

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better

Honestly, we did boarding on time. we have stayed almost 2 hours inside an airplane without notification from captain or crew.

Mother had a wheel chair (WC), left at the gate, at boarding I told the person we need a WC. Didn’t care much, opened boarding, not priority for elder or traveling with kids. The person boarding told me it is “my fault”, “I didn’t tell them” (which I did, plus it is on their system). In short, rude boarding personnel at gate, racists, and careless. I am not sure they are airline personnel or Jeddah airport personnel, to be honest. Regardless that messed up our experience.

There cancel my flight less than 24 hours.i lost my train money to airport because their late cancellation. Poor and awful Disgrace

This is not the first time this has happened to me, and the flight date has changed, and I was informed only 24 hours before it. It was a very bad experience, and I will not book with this company again, as it affects my plans.

The flight has been canceled and they didn't inform us before, also the civil aviation employee in the terminal wasn't known until he asked.

The flight is delayed more than 3 and half hours, we were on the gate but no body told us about the delay and there wasn't a screen right there to shows us the delay, the staff came late also for boarding. We were lost 😕

Flyadeal was nice surprise. It was excellent airline affordable 👍 big thumb up . I wish you more success

Boarding staff is changing passenger locations regardless of the money you pay during reservation. They do not respect women and specially when pregnant. Very bad airlines and bad staff. It will be on my blacklist onwards!!

They took our bags at the door of the plane stating that the cabin was full. Then we waited over 39 min for getting the bags from baggage claim. Flight was late This is usual for flyadeal . Very bad experience again

Liked nothing Flight was delayed No information Boarding was chaotic Seats were filthy Treated like cattle

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.

Worst Airline Experience of My Life – I Would Never Fly EgyptAir Again Our family of four traveled from Makkah to Washington Dulles (IAD) with a connection in Cairo, and it was by far the worst airline experience we have ever had. Our problems began before we even reached Cairo. The aircraft made what felt like an extremely hard and rapid descent, causing severe ear pain for me and my children. My son was crying in pain. When I asked a flight attendant for earplugs or any assistance, she simply replied that they had nothing. At Cairo Airport, EgyptAir left us and three other connecting passengers in a deserted area away from the terminal. Despite a three-hour layover, multiple requests for help, and shuttle vans passing every few minutes, the staff refused to assist us. Only after another passenger loudly confronted the staff were we finally allowed onto a shuttle, leaving us with barely an hour before departure. The onboard experience was just as disappointing. A middle-aged male crew member was rude and dismissive. During our 13-hour flight, no one offered us water, our call button was ignored, and meal trays remained in front of us until I had to repeatedly ask for them to be removed. The food was unpleasant, the aircraft was dirty, and the seats and windows were covered with fingerprints and grime. Cairo Airport itself was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. I have flown with Emirates and Etihad Airways, and the difference is remarkable. Those airlines prioritize professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and customer service. EgyptAir did not. This experience was stressful, exhausting, and unacceptable for my family. I am sharing it because I do not want other families to go through the same ordeal. I will be telling my family, friends, colleagues, and anyone considering EgyptAir about what we experienced so they can make an informed decision. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend EgyptAir to anyone.

It was better than the previous flight only because the crew was not rude and did not force us to accept food but the entire flight was overheated from start to finish and it was the only time with an airlines i felt i may not make it home . I will not be flying with them again a different airlines for egypt i will try in the future .

The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.

The plane was falling apart. Screens didn't work. My chair didn't work. My tray didn't work. It makes me nervous about the maintenance of vital functions for flight. The food is horrible. We never eat it.

Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.

Cairo airport has probably the most stressful and overcomplicated security system in the world. Can't really blame Egypt Airlines.

The flight was cancelled with very little info at the airport. Absolutely mess with no option to reschedule flights without paying fortune for business class.

On time, smooth flight… very old and run down aircraft

Comfortable flight with decent legroom and good seats. The crew were helpful and courteous and managed well with the stressful boarding and the chaos that’s involved. The food was decent, more than expected from a short flight like this. The only reservation I have was that the crew allowed passengers to board With massive amounts of hand luggage which were piled up on the empty seats next to passengers and and it was a risk to all passengers in the case of turbulence or emergency landing. I’ve never seen this ever on any flights I have boarded with many other airlines.

Egypt air needs to improve its crew; they're not polite.
