It was great honestly the cabin crew were warm and welcoming everything was perfect the food was nice.
Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.

It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley

My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad
Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.
They changed the return flight to the next day and it interrupted the plans we had in our connecting city.
The food and drinks were below the normal standard we expect from Turkish Airlines. On a 4 hour flight we received 1 drinks service and 1 food service, the latter was a cheese omlete, which is well below what we have received in the past, such a shame we always recommend this airline..
Very small and cramped aisles and seats. Food was poor but the fresh hot roll and hummus was good. No cans of soda given but they had small bottles of water. Crew was nice and pleasant and kept bathroom clean.
I loved and appreciated the agent at the check in counter in Amman. He was very professional and helpful. I believe his name was Lawrence. All I saw from him were smiles after smiles after smile. Very kind and professional. Overall trip was comfortable and pleasant.

It was great except my luggage was C severely damaged over i picked it up off the carousel in London. . A suit case that had been used once does no longer have the use of the extendable arm as it’s broken

We were waiting at the counter for over an hour. Then they moved all employees to the inside. At that time it was about one hour and 15 minutes to the flight. They left us without help. Flight departed 20 minutes earlier than published. I guess they sold our 3 seats to other customers and bumped us. We did not fly. No customer service no help no answer.....
They did not have my AA status (Platinum Pro) in my reservation. They don't accept KTN at Dulles so I could not go through TSA Pre - terrible....
I’m still stuck with no hope in sight. They haven’t even provide a hotel for keeping us for two nights.

Plane is old and dirty. My recliner wasn’t working and I was in business class. And my entertainment kept freezing up Plane needs serviced and better maintained. And you may need to teach the crew a little customer service.
Staff were rude! Chairs are incredibly small! Comfort was minimal and food wasn’t edible.
It was a very stressful trip for me and my husband, main reason for the discomfort, kids behind our seat kept kicking the seat behind , screaming all the time of the flight , the seat in front of us has a kid with autism and a young sister with the dad , a nonstop all the 12h hours flight screening jumping overhead, stuff in his hand almost dropped on us and we have to be on alert for any move, I do understand that there will be kids but the thing is no one of the staff even bother to came near the seat and find solution , I believe there has to be a way to seat family with kids ,I’m a person who travel long distance almost every year and I used to take mostly air Canada, Lufthansa,British airways. I figured to use Royal Jordanian this time but it looks it wasn’t the right choice for us and I hope we don’t have to deal the same on our way back.
Not only were the aircrafts spacious, but the crew was friendly and efficient. I was so gracious for the included meals on the longer flight (8+ hours).
Smooth trip no turbulence which is always a bonus for me lol! In cattle class so an element of being a bit squished (but not as bad as other shorter haul airlines) smaller plane than the one we flew out on and entertainment system wasn’t as modern but still definitely passed the time. Lovely crew x
The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.

This was not only disheartening, it was extremely surprising given my wonderful Business Class experience with BA last year. I stepped off that flight genuinely hungry and had to make a mad dash to the lounge just to get a proper meal. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. For a business class ticket the service was very mediocre. We had to ask for coffee after a meal and the service was grudging like we were putting them out. The leg from BOM to LHR was especially bad and the toilets had no water. It was disgusting. Looks like self service is the new model for Business Class. No Thank you. I will look elsewhere
The boarding process was very poorly organized. Too many people had way to much carry on and resulted in loading overhead bins being the gating factor. Time for change.
I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.

Great crew. Seats do not recline :( but it is budget so i should have known. Otherwise comfy leather chair. Slight slim chair but again budget so expected. No entertainment do makes journey boring. Recommend packing plenty of snacks and games or download plenty of films and music in your device. Staff excellent. Clean flight. On time.
Both of my flights had issues with their time slot with air traffic control, so they left over an hour late and the flight back to London was delayed by over an hour. Please provide more clarity about baggage requirements on booking sites, your website and within the app. I had to pay for extra bags at the airport when departing London, because they didn’t specify that your carry on bag can only be a backpack and not a trolley, my trolley bag fit the size requirements of the backpack but still I was made to pay

It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!
