This was my first flight on Akasa Air. Overall experience was average. But the landing / touchdown was one of the worst that I have seen. Very hard and rough, it was scary.
The flight was 90 minutes late, but other than that no issues whatsoever. Boarding was quick and the flight crew were well-trained.
Really liked attitude of staff, particularly at the time of Check-In, though they were slow. and punctuality of the flight, In tie take-off and in-time landing.
Nice place and crew. Everything from checking bags all the way to arrival was excellent
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SEATS. I was on row 6 and they had put exit row seats (where the handrests don't move). I am 5 ft 2 and had NO space in front of me - the seat in front of me was touching my knees. Was the most claustrophobic 3 hours of my life. It was like being in a cage. I won't be traveling in Akasa ever again unless there's a must-go situation and no other options are available.
Considering their new step to aviation world , it didnt seemed like they doesn't know how to serve the guest on board and in ground . Super prompt services is really appreciating and on time rather before time arrival is something to applaud.
Overall experience has been festinating. your on ground staff at the check in counters are very special and they make a big difference on my opinion and hence rated them 10 out of 10. Well groomed, speak politely, guide well and give appropriate suggestions. During boarding also it is well planned and well managed. Overall a good job. just an issue with your Mobile app. while check - in from mobile app it dosent take the Auto assigned seats and then when done from a Laptop it takes place. This has to sorted out. I have faced this issue for the 7th time in last 40 days while travelling with Akasa Air.
My choice of food was not availabe for purchase, even veg cup noodle was not available and I had to settle for chicken. The Kombucha was great though The landing was very bumpy. Would not prefer to fly again
Business class website is horrible I couldn’t even check in online never happened me before any other website
Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.
It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley
They lost the stroller and car seat which they found after 4 days, and on the way back they damaged the stroller.
Same situation saudi lost my pram and car seat and damaged lagguage
Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far
Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.
Was so disappointing. Business class with no TV, uncomfortable seats. Had much higher expectations.
This flight was a dreamliner so I think the space was ok for the legs, but the option for food was again limited and the crew was same.
Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.
Needs better seat for business class. My seat was falling apart. Also no WiFi on that flight
Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. No entertainment option was there. Crew members were mostly back of the flight asking each other for KitKat and chips to share between them.
Etihad flight sector is a local . .give the same quality upto destination
Lovely crew - comfortable journey despite it being an older plane.
Food and beverage service have rooms for improvement .there were no entertainment facilities available
I have paid extra money for my special meal service but I received the the local food. Which is not acceptable.
More entertainment channels and better food, whatever food requirement you select.
As I mentioned flight from NY to Bangalore was excellent but the return flight from Bahrain to NYC was mediocre, Looks like a old aircraft also not much choice in entertainment.
The Senior Flight attendant was just amazing on our Flight GF 284 on 30/11/25. She was so attentive, helpful and caring not just to us but to all in our cabin.

The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.
Worst flight ever.service was extremely poor and food taste was horrible.Served me mashed potatoes and chicken calling it Briyani.
It was a great experience, can’t wait to do it again soon!!
Few people on the plane - Was great! The plane was late to board and over an hour late to arrive. They said it was airport control. How can these things not be booked it advance? Very frustrating!
Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. (https://www.tata.com/business/air-india-express). Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.
I paid $110 for a seat located at the start of a section and therefor would not have a chair in front of it, but this is not what I received. The floor plan was different from when I booked my ticket. This is very disappointing and my money needs to be returned.
When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!
I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.
Very comfortable flight. I appreciate the announcements were also in English.
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however

The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Entertainment systems did not work at all And the seats are the worse on this 787-8 aircraft. Normally I get good sleep on long flights but this time I only slept 2 hours out of the 8+.
The crew on the flight was great and the food was good. The flight was on time and in fact arrived earlier than scheduled. The boarding process however was not great. I had a business class ticket but I had to stand in line for about 20 minutes at the gate before I could board. The bottleneck is that at the gate they check the boarding pass and passport all over again and there is no separate lane for business class and there were only 1 agent. The aircraft is very old . The entertainment system is antiquated and the programming is sub par.
