Friendly staff from check in until the crew very helpful and smooth

Departed late Arrived about 40 minutes late The plane parked at the domestic terminal requiring transfer back to international arrivals

Very bad no tv no water no food absolute pathetic ! Couldn’t take zam zam ! No free zam zam water allowance! Dont travel

Poor airlines no infotainment system no food not even water was offered… absolutely not recommended! Nasmiles was not counted couldnt log in flynas app ! The app doesnt work with booking PNR! Please dont fly on these pathetic budget airlines!

It was hot inside as the air conditioner was not working and the crew members were not courteous

Crew was apathetic, in seat hardware was old and barely functional, WiFi (which I paid for) didn’t work for half the flight (I was refunded). They gave 2 meals on a 13 hr flight, whereas Etihad gave 3.

Awful, they made us rebook a ticket (out of our own pocket) because of a missed connection.

We were waiting at the counter for over an hour. Then they moved all employees to the inside. At that time it was about one hour and 15 minutes to the flight. They left us without help. Flight departed 20 minutes earlier than published. I guess they sold our 3 seats to other customers and bumped us. We did not fly. No customer service no help no answer.....

They did not have my AA status (Platinum Pro) in my reservation. They don't accept KTN at Dulles so I could not go through TSA Pre - terrible....

I’m still stuck with no hope in sight. They haven’t even provide a hotel for keeping us for two nights.

I like the boarding on time , I like the respect from the male flight attendant but the female attendant could be better. Didn’t like the food

Short handed at the check in counter. There was only one person and so many people waiting

Plane is old and dirty. My recliner wasn’t working and I was in business class. And my entertainment kept freezing up Plane needs serviced and better maintained. And you may need to teach the crew a little customer service.
