I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.

Turkish Airline canceled our tickets in the very last minute, with our luggage and everything else, all prepared and good to go. It’s clear that they sold the tickets for better money to someone else. Bad, Bad, Bad business!!!

Aircraft you use on this route are always old and poor! This drives the entire experience down

Seemed like a cramped A321 config. Roasting hot cabin most of the flight. Wifi did not work. Lots of first time fliers, I think, who didn't know how to follow a seat assignment.

The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.

boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

There weren’t any gluten-free options for the snack that was provided. It was very difficult to get a boarding pass because we purchased through a third-party company. I had to get eticket numbers in order to prepare the boarding pass. You should be able to get a boarding pass with the booking confirmation number, but that would not work.

The lines to check in both at LAX and coming home from Cairo were ridiculous. Close to 2 hr to check in. I had pre-checked at LAX so I was able to get into a shorter line but it was still over 45 minute wait. In Cairo the travel agent with us was able to get us in the Business Class line but that was over an hour wait. Then in Cairo the plane was delayed over an hour. Missed the connecting flight. The airline gave us a food voucher for a few US chain fast food restaurants and the items that could be ordered we limited to only 2. Had to wait 4-5hrs for the next flight. I get that flights get delayed and its not really anyone's "fault" but the airline has an opportunity to demonstrate that they realize that this is a real inconvenience and step it up a bit.
