Very very bad experience, crew is rude, our zumzum was not brought. Flight was not smooth. Quality of food is very very poor

Fantastic experience flying from Muscat to Islamabad with Fly Jinnah. Great check-in, crew, I sat in the emergency exit row so plenty of space, no issues with baggage. Boarding was prompt and we landed early. What more could you ask for? Fabulous trip, and outstanding value for money.

A group of people cut the check-in line and they were entertained by Airblue staff.

A big group of people cut the line for Check-in counter and airblue staff entertained them before everyone, who were in the queue.

Aircraft condition is better than of PIA, full flight yet crew managed all well, boating and departure was on time… Kayak time however was inaccurate, Kayak shows the flight were retimed to afternoon 2pm but it was on time…

Very good in business class but not so good in economy.

Long wait transit service wasn’t good also I couldn’t check in online never happened me before other websites

I cant wait for planes to have shorter rows with more space! otherwise, all fine thankyou

My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad

Ok, the flight was not full yet I had people on both sided and the chairs were tight. Only 2 kinds of snacks didn’t even have milk for the coffee.

Very old airplane with old and seat for business class

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again

There was not enough meals to serve in business class. The crew was busy and not very accommodating. They talked to each other more than attending to the passengers needs. Not professional at all and not properly supervised at all.

Behaviour of the staff very unprofessional. Choice of accepting Tea and coffee was only at the time of recieving meal. I requested if I can have tea later. Response I got was" I am going to sleep after serving food, either take it or will not be served letter". Few hours later I saw many passengers getting to kitchen and getting a cup of tea.

I paid for the services but when I reached the gate there are only few chairs ( around 12)!! This is not accepted. Also the female employer delyed me just to check the weight of my family bags ( so that bags do not overweight 10 kg). One bag was only 6 kg while another was 11.9 kg so she refused to let me pass until I reduced the 1.9 exra kg and transfer it to the 6 kg bag!! I told her all emplyers are understanding and make a total! You shoud teach yr employers how to behave in such situation. Thanks.

Friendly staff from check in until the crew very helpful and smooth

Departed late Arrived about 40 minutes late The plane parked at the domestic terminal requiring transfer back to international arrivals

Poor airlines no infotainment system no food not even water was offered… absolutely not recommended! Nasmiles was not counted couldnt log in flynas app ! The app doesnt work with booking PNR! Please dont fly on these pathetic budget airlines!

Overall a poor experience…. No infotainment system no charging port no food was offered! Not recommended

It was hot inside as the air conditioner was not working and the crew members were not courteous

the seat you book will always be taken by someone else..…

Nothing The flight delayed for more than 3 hours as usual

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better

The plane is old, but the flight was on time.

The plane was old and the headrest was broken. The flight was on time.

Very unprofessional staff gave us hard time I will never ever fly out with PIA

The flight from Gilgit to Islamabad was cancelled. I had to arrange alternate transportation to Islamabad that took over 12 hours drive over a dangerous mountain pass with mudslides that were still being cleared as we drove. Could I please be given a refund for this cancelled flight?

Poor also they kelt changing dates of ticket! Not recommended

I am very certain that the food on this flight caused food poisoning.

Overall, it its good , needs to improve the food quality and more variety of food

Flight was good but it started half an hour late

Food was 👍 great , seats are a bit narrow, crew is helpful..

The flight was canceled two times and didn’t tell me on time I was waiting all day long for my flight but at the end it was worst.
