Special note, once again, to (1) to BA’s delay, and (2) unnecessarily and extremely rude, impolite and unhelpful flight attendants on its business class / club class. It is amazing how unhelpful and rude BA’s flight attendants have been on all my flights to / from Sp - London. There was a particular flight attendant who made sure nobody slept as she simply ran from one side to the other making too much noisy and keeping everyone aware of her movements.
All DealChat, Kayak flights were changed without my knowledge. I asked for refund. i've been doing that for a month with little progress.

Too tight of a seAt...not sure why on american and qatar flights i could get the extra leg room due to my sapphire status with AA but on British it doesn't matter... Only benefit i got from.sapphire was to be able to ship 2 bags Also one of my luggage pieces didnt arrive in Miami and am now waiting for it to be found
Boarding at gate A4 is a joke! Staff at least need a microphone, no passenger knew what to do or what was happening . Flight left about 50 minutes late as I suspect it always does. Even so my bag did not make the connection in time.
TuchScreen was not working. So I was not able to listen or watch onboard entertainment.
Fligh attendants were very helpful, attentive, and cordial.
Liked nothing. Everything could have been better. Better customer service. Better handling of unforeseen situations like when your flight gets rescheduled. Better communication

Cabin crew did not serve me food and when questioned told me they ran out of it
Couldn’t check in on line. Very long lines for security. Food was not bad. Entertainment was good Crew nice but never did a walk through with water.

I am not happy that my flight was canceled and I had to choose AmericanAirlines flight from LAx to LHR. This put me in a bind for layover time crisis in addition to having to taking a bus ride from LHR T3 to T 5 within a short period of time. My original flight was earlier with longer layover time in LHR which was my preferred time. The fact the my flight was canceled put me in a lot of stress! I will not be using Kayak in future. I am also not happy with British Airlines service. Very poor service!!! Both Kayak and BA suck!!!!
Aircraft’s interior was old and worn out, not much options on food and snacks and drinks(wine,spirits and refreshments) options were limited. There was long queue for priority boarding and even to drop luggage. On board crew wasnt attentive. Overall i didnt get good service for the fare i paid. I will not recommend this route for BA.
The dirtiest 777 I have been on, a filthy tray table, the entertainment rebooted every minute and the cabin was as hot as hell, must have been 30c with no individual ventilation. My elderly mother thought she was going to pass out. Food was awful. A premium price for a sub ULCC product.
Flight from Paris to London was delayed and I missed connected flight to Los Angeles. I could appreciate once more traditional British hospitality which I had experienced 60 years ago during my student's era.
Overall the flight was Ok, crew was good. Food was bland.
The crew was friendly. The food was not up to par (which I expected), so I brought my own.
Class and comfort was very good. Lay flat bed was not as comfortable in the 777 as it is on the 787. Food was awful for this class. This is an issue for BA compared to what it is for emirates and other airlines. Alcohol - wine selection and spirits was typical for this level of class. Overall, I would rate it high.
Loved the club world class, comfort and service. The seats were very comfortable. The long flight went by fast. The food was not good. BA does not have good food. Emirates and other airlines have much better food. Alcohol was typical for this class.
No entertainment system. No hot food. No cold food. Crisps and nuts (only available by purchase) for a five hour flight...
We were forced to gate check our carry on baggage even though others were bringing whole strollers on the plane. The plane was extremely cramped and reminiscent of spirit airlines in the US. And once we arrived in Lisbon there was no gate so we were bussed 5km around the airport on a overcrowded bus. No an enjoyable experience especially when I paid the up charge for “premium economy”
