Check in at the Heathrow BA could have been more organised. At G check in BA had 8 open for World & Europe with a steady flow of about 15 in line where as regular check in was 9 open. I counted 9 rows 50, that 450. I spoke to a BA person that they could have changed the ratio of checking to reflect the amount. All in all with Covid it worked out ok even though plane was 50 min late. Glenn
I fly British Airways because they have convenient timings not because I’m expecting competence or comfort. Typically mediocre check in speed and flight punctuality. Old and tired planes. Oh well hopefully more choice will open up soon. And then it’s goodbye BA.
I’m six foot tall and barely fit in the seats. Leg room is just enough to sit down but that is also with my knee on the back of the seat in front of me. Snacks were okay, better than pretzels but still a bit lacking for a two hour flight imo. Served with bottled water was almost the least they could have done. Tap water would’ve been the least.
Too much cold in the cabin!!!! I hope i do not get a cold/ also no blanket available!!

Delayed flight, no information as to why, more standing on the runway with no information and after landing, more delays with security gates not working. Just a shambles, lack of communication and lack of customer care.
The flight was delayed taking off by 30 minutes and there was no lunch go enjoy except a complimentary packet of crisps. First class had a hot meal, you could smell it right through the plane but they couldn't even provide us economy class with a sandwich? Poor effort. Just landed and we're yet again waiting on the tarmac, this time for a bay to unload... In BA's own airport...

Friendly and very welcoming crew. A very smooth and peaceful flight. They remember how I like my coffee. All in all, no complaints.

The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
BA rescheduled the flight twice & then cancelled it altogether with no rebooking options.
You cancelled our flight without even notifying us up till today. Luckily for us we found out about it about 10 hours before our flight. My son Desmond Owen was in contact with you about the refund. Goodday.
awful from a to z
my flight was cancelled and I was not notified of this. in fact I got a confirmation on September 7, 2021 from Kayak and when I called to check on seats that is when I was told that flight was cancelled back in April. I had to spend the next 3 hours scrambling to change my entire trip and still have not received my entire refund for the cancelled flights.
Movies were really old. Earphones provided were terrible. Plane departed 30 minutes late. Passengers had to wait that time for 40 others who dribbled in from a connecting flight.
Kayak cancelled my return flight without notifying me. Fortunately, British Airways got me on the same flight with modified connections.

Kayak could have helped me book new flights after they were cancelled. I called and emailed and ended up having to book new flights. Horrible service from Kayak.

Check in catastrophic. Over an hour….in Business Class line. Access to one Lounge had a long, moving queue. Access to the other had a shorter queue, but once inside, an even longer queue to get anything to eat or drink. Arrived at Heathrow T5 on-time, but Passport Control is a disgrace; a national embarrassment. Officious stewards, enormous queues, random barriers, non-working e-Gates and so on
4 of us split across the row with people in between us. Narrow body trans-continental flights just aren't economy class friendly. It was hot, cramped and long.
We went Economy, all 4 of us and the flight was pleasant and the crew was attentive. Its an older airplane, but well updated and the crew was super attentive.
2 hours delay without explaining as why
