I was not given my boarding passes by MEA for my connection flights in Rome and then Munich because I did not have boarding passes, I was asked to go through customs in Rome to check in so I was delayed and missed my flight

I was not given my boarding passes by MEA for my connection flights in Rome and then Munich because I did not have boarding passes, I was asked to go through customs in Rome to check in so I was delayed and missed my flight

MEA is a reputable and well managed airline. I have always a good experience when travelling with it

No speakers provided for inflight entertainment which was available but couldn’t hear volume with no speakers. Check in by arrogant crew One piece policy for checkin despite being underweight weight limit in 2 pieces not allowed and ridiculous. Attitude of some arrogant air hostesses not appreciated. Many were polite however.

They switched back and refurbished BA 787 instead of the nicer airbus 380 planes. Service is lacking and one of the worst lounges I have ever visited.

No USB to charge the mobile. The seats don’t recline.

The plane is very clean. Food is acceptable given the short trip. Crew is very friendly .

I am Syrian and I travel over 6 times every year but MEA is proofing it deserves all the respect.

Meat should be of a higher quality or else just serve chicken next time its a safer option … Offering meat is fancy only if the meat is great…

A321 is a small aircraft so I think the crew did there best from the point where I was sitting!

Wonderful new plane, very helpful and friendly crew, amazing flight entertainment system, and many other great things. Yet, the knefeh meal I had was so dry and poor to an extent that I was about to shoke with a tiny piece of it entering my airways. Apart from this everything was excellent. Thank you MEA & RHIA !

Poor customer service, not keen to do the job, almost rude, no courtesy or even interest in customer service what so ever !

Awful, they made us rebook a ticket (out of our own pocket) because of a missed connection.

I like the boarding on time , I like the respect from the male flight attendant but the female attendant could be better. Didn’t like the food

Very good and good customer service and seats very comfortable

Short handed at the check in counter. There was only one person and so many people waiting

It was a very stressful trip for me and my husband, main reason for the discomfort, kids behind our seat kept kicking the seat behind , screaming all the time of the flight , the seat in front of us has a kid with autism and a young sister with the dad , a nonstop all the 12h hours flight screening jumping overhead, stuff in his hand almost dropped on us and we have to be on alert for any move, I do understand that there will be kids but the thing is no one of the staff even bother to came near the seat and find solution , I believe there has to be a way to seat family with kids ,I’m a person who travel long distance almost every year and I used to take mostly air Canada, Lufthansa,British airways. I figured to use Royal Jordanian this time but it looks it wasn’t the right choice for us and I hope we don’t have to deal the same on our way back.

Not reserving the bassinet seats for babies who need it. Baggage allowance isn't good. Food quality very poor.

Still old cabins They have to know how to do with loyal members

Very nice staff. organized check in and good food. Bit cramped and tired looking plane inside

It was operated by Oman Air . So old airplane so dirty and so hot till we were flown We paid a full price for this flight but it’s not acceptable The plane was parked in cargo parking it was very far from the airport
