Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

Very good crew. The seating in economy plus was excellent, and I slept most of the way. The diabetic meal that I requested was almost tasteless--about a 2 on a ten-point scale.--so I ate little. And why bother serving dinner to fliers at midnight?! I had eaten a meal at the airport six hours earlier. A good breakfast would be better.

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.

I had a great experience on this flight! The crew was extremely helpful and attentive. Seats are very comfortable and the in flight entertainment was excellent.

Absolutely the worst airline. Can’t find anything positive to say. We were in business which is the same as most airlines coach

Last minute gate change. Didn’t put our TSA global on our trip even though we asked multiple times to confirm. Did not help with food when could not eat what was served.

Staff and Pre boarding good. Boarding also good. Seats cramped no leg room Understand having to stay on board during change at Rio but being arranged to stay in seats for 2 hrs is unreasonable. No drinks or refreshments offered during this period - not even water, to rub it in - trays of drink passing us by on the way to economy plus and business class. On the second leg of flight was six hours before being offered drink/water.

The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own
