Boarding took long and there was a long queue. The seat didn't recline. The crew didn't have access to any medicine.
I paid for the seat and found out that the seat doesn't recline. The staff didn't help in arranging an alternative.

I recently flew with Turkish Airlines, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I boarded, the crew was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the flight. The highlight, however, was the food! I’ve flown with many airlines, but Turkish Airlines sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to in-flight dining. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of dishes, even on a long-haul flight, was impressive. It felt like dining at a high-end restaurant at 35,000 feet! The seats were comfortable, the entertainment options were great, and the overall atmosphere made the journey enjoyable. Turkish Airlines truly excels in combining luxury and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again—highly recommend!
I liked the ability to walk and stand in the crew area. I hated the security check experience before boarding. The airport staff were so rude, yelling at us unnecessarily, delaying us on purpose, and even threatening to call the police on us!
Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Turkish Airlines, one I felt compelled to share. Firstly, the staff’s attitude left much to be desired. I encountered consistent rudeness both onboard and from the customer service team. To illustrate, I lost my eyeglasses on the plane. When I approached the airline’s customer service for help, not only were they dismissive, but they also mishandled the information I provided. Even though I had clearly mentioned my flight details in my correspondence, they asked for them again, only to later inform me they couldn’t locate my glasses. Moreover, the flight itself was delayed by three hours, adding to the frustration. Given this experience, I strongly advise reconsidering before booking with Turkish Airlines!
Qatar maybe considered one of the best ailines in the world but nowadays it is much of a muchness with the rest
The American/Hollywood movies in the entertainment system lack english subtitles, they tend to have only arabic subtitles. Coupled with the low quality airplane earphones and cabin noise, it sometimes is difficult to follow the movie dialogues.
Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.
For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.
Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.
Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

The overall experience for the price we paid was mediocre. Nothing outstanding! Check in process was standard. Flight attendants could have been more well mannered. I found it rude when the attendant nudged me with the snack box to grab my attention when not looking. She could have said ,’excuse me’ instead. My son’s in flight entertainment was not working. The food was not great either. The snack options were not so great with kids in mind. Overall, might not travel qatar again.
some sections of airport are too cramped. The screening of luggage was twice and a huge hassle. They kept saying my boarding the for my next flight was in 10 minutes but were dragging the screening too long. having a 2 hour connecting time with this much delays in screenings is not good. They could see I was traveling with special needs kid yet I was" randomly chosen" to be personally screened again.
Boarding was orderly, staff at the counter were friendly and so as most of the staff in the flight. Room for some improvement in entertainment, but overall very good flight.
I need an upgrade to business class but they ask for bidding. Never mind...

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.
It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley

The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.
They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far
It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better

Poor boarding with incorrect gate numbers. Poor service they told me to throw away brand new water bottles. Poor immigration officers most likely American who hates Muslims. Poor service in the plane with no Urdu language sign posted anywhere. Horrible seats with no comfort at all they think people traveling in economy are animals. Slow food and water services. Worst Airline Experience of My Life – I Would Never Fly EgyptAir Again Our family of four traveled from Makkah to Washington Dulles (IAD) with a connection in Cairo, and it was by far the worst airline experience we have ever had. Our problems began before we even reached Cairo. The aircraft made what felt like an extremely hard and rapid descent, causing severe ear pain for me and my children. My son was crying in pain. When I asked a flight attendant for earplugs or any assistance, she simply replied that they had nothing. At Cairo Airport, EgyptAir left us and three other connecting passengers in a deserted area away from the terminal. Despite a three-hour layover, multiple requests for help, and shuttle vans passing every few minutes, the staff refused to assist us. Only after another passenger loudly confronted the staff were we finally allowed onto a shuttle, leaving us with barely an hour before departure. The onboard experience was just as disappointing. A middle-aged male crew member was rude and dismissive. During our 13-hour flight, no one offered us water, our call button was ignored, and meal trays remained in front of us until I had to repeatedly ask for them to be removed. The food was unpleasant, the aircraft was dirty, and the seats and windows were covered with fingerprints and grime. Cairo Airport itself was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. I have flown with Emirates and Etihad Airways, and the difference is remarkable. Those airlines prioritize professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and customer service. EgyptAir did not. This experience was stressful, exhausting, and unacceptable for my family. I am sharing it because I do not want other families to go through the same ordeal. I will be telling my family, friends, colleagues, and anyone considering EgyptAir about what we experienced so they can make an informed decision. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend EgyptAir to anyone.
EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.

There is no respect or customer service whatsoever in Egypt airline extremely poor customer service never fly again. Find ticket with adjective airline. It’s like throwing money in the trash.
Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.
Boarding was a nightmare. Still the B773s don’t have WIFI and are a something from the 90s in terms of comfort.
Cairo airport has probably the most stressful and overcomplicated security system in the world. Can't really blame Egypt Airlines.
I had 1:50 hrs to change planes in Cairo and my suitcase was delayed from Cairo to Casablanca. I was one of several passengers that faced this issue coming from various locations into Cairo and onwards to Casablanca, with a transit time of two hours or less. (I was told 16 suitcases were delayed). The transit time of 1:50 hrs is obviously not enough for EgyptAir to transfer baggage, why sell tickets with such short transfer time if they can't handle it? Moreover, they would not reimburse me for expenses I incurred because of delayed luggage. I will not be taking EgyptAir again.
The bathroms were disgusting by the end of the fight.
