Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours

Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.

Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.

It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.

I flew four flights on British Airways within two weeks. I was unable to download the boarding pass to my phone for any of the four flights. I could check-in for my flight but the system would not give me boarding pass. I tried multiple ways and multiple times. I discovered many other passengers also had the same issue with their boarding passes. No explanation or acknowledgement by BA.

We loved our flight attendant, Emma from Scotland, the meal and entertainment offerings were wonderful, the flight was smooth, and enough leg room to stretch. We would fly with you again!

Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.

Could be better in all aspects. Poor communication. Rude staff

The seat design was comfortable (better than any I've been in recently, to be honest), but unfortunately the arm of my seat was broken so I had to mess with it for the long flight. But the crew and service were phenomenal.
