Nice food and drink. Service was good and there were some films worth watching. Even though the interior was in very good condition nothing can take away how cramped and noisy Boeing 737s are.
Somewhat cramped space when the person in front puts their chair back. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
We had booked Qantas but it ended up being a Jetstar flight. Huge queues. Delays. No food. Poor service. Had to buy more food/entertainment. A really nasty way to end a great holiday
I wanted to upgrade. The agent said upgrading at check in would cost $10,000. I declined. There were available business class seats.
Great service, decent snack, efficient boarding and off boarding.
Same review as before, ground staff are rude, food wasn’t available for our children although it was confirmed over the phone, just an average airline if you ask me!!!
Seating was all screwed up on both flights, was hung up on whilst trying to resolve things over the phone, was promised and confirmed for kids meals on both flights, nothing available??? All and I have no idea why anyone flys Qantas, their ground staff are very rude and uninformative… flights are always late!!!
Food was bland. Vegetable curry. I paid extra for an aisle seat. When ticketed the seat was changed to a middle.
Food average and could have been better
Perth airport is a bit of a mess for international flights, maling you go throough 2 lots of security screenings but outside of that, boarding was straight forward. Cabin crew were very accommodating throughout the flight. Standard class seats are tight for such a long duration of flight but happily have charging faciities for your tech. In-flight entertainment was comprehensive enough with good screen quality.
Late again over an hour
4 hours delay, missed connecting flight, even though connection was with Qantas they did nothing to help and left us stranded 2 days before Christmas with no help to get to our destination. Just one disaster after another
Delayed both ends
I paid extra for a more leg room seat however, my seat didn’t recline. It was a full flight so I was cramped up for the whole 3 hours. Also they delayed the flight by an hour just to locate a couple of passengers, unload and reload their bags. There were mothers with babies and I found that unfair to have delayed a flight for some careless passengers.
Given the very long flight, entertainment wasn’t good sadly. I’m an older lady and would have preferred better classics. Also adding Indian language movies will be a good choice. In all the flight was very good thank you
If the flight arrived on time. It arrived late
Well what can I say. We had a terrible experience. Our direct flight from Brisbane to Hobart was cancelled at 1 minute to midnight the night before and I only found out when I woke up. That was too late so we hurried out to the airport and only because I was so so annoyed that we were put on a flight to Melbourne with a 4-5 hour stopover before collecting our luggage and walking to Jetstar to get on another flight from Melbourne to Hobart Mind you it took 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage at the carousel so I guess we should be happy that Qantas didn’t lose our luggage. So it took a ridiculous long time to go from Brisbane to Hobart snd we arrived at night time. I was so very angry with Qantas. .
It was ok I guess but I was at the airport a long time as the flight was delayed.

Japan Airlines was one of the best flying experiences that I have had.
Food was terrible. Those eggs were not real eggs…
LOST BAG!!!!!!
THEY LOST MY BAG WHEN I WAS GOING ON A FOUR WEEK HOLIDAY. I now have nothing but the clothes I wore flying, there is zero concern about looking into where luggage is. It’s been four days and they haven’t even located the bag yet. Disgraceful, expensive, and very very upsetting. I have personal mementos and medication in the bag and there has been no sense of apology or urgency to help.

Sleep for 8 hours in economy. That is something good.
There was no food service except snacks and beverages
Impossible to cancel the flight through Qantas. Had to deal with Just Fly which is a nightmare.
Just Crew service and Boarding pass team were very good. Uncomfortable seats!!!
The flight attendants were great. Food was pretty good and for dinner there were 3 choices Breakfast 2 choices.
