Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!
Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. Well, I needed to make a change to my flight and I called the airline and they said yes no problem $700 and we can do that and I agreed to it so they canceled my tickets and went to rebook and came back after being on hold for an hour and a half and said I’m sorry, sir. There was an error. It is $2800 Now and I said never mind. I will just use those flights and she proceeded to tell me that they already canceled them because I said I was interested in doing the change. I told her yes for $700. I was fine with doing a change but not $2800 so give me my tickets back and she proceeded to tell me that she could not do that and I had to pay the $2800 to get my tickets back that I already spent $2800 on. So I had to book tickets on another airline to get home And that cost a lot of money too. I’m a little pissed off at Philippine airline right now because of what they did to me and I’m not sure I ever wanna fly with them again. I’ve flown with them plenty in the past, but this just really put a bad taste in my mouth.. Not to mention on my way there leaving Seattle going to Vancouver. I got to the airport three hours in advance and they had booked me through Alaska Airlines to do that little trip. My connecting flight would leave about six hours after I got to Vancouver BC. I stood in Alaska Airlines lying for a little over two hours and then they proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t check me in because I wasn’t there an hour in advance. I kept telling the lady at the beginning of the line that I was afraid they were not gonna let me in because it was taking so long and she said oh don’t worry about it. You’re fine you’ve got time. Well I ended up spending $600 to get to Canada that night just to make my connecting flight because Alaska air wouldn’t do anything and Filipino Air told me it was Alaska air problem but Alaska air said since you booked through Philippine air, we can’t fix it. I had about 50 minutes to make my flight, but they refused to check me in because I wasn’t there an hour in advance yet. I’ve been standing in their line for about two hours and 15 minutes.
Overall the flight was a good experience. It is different from American Airlines because they board the back of the plane first rather than the front first. Food was decent. They gave out pillows ,blankets , and face masks. I did find this airline had faster flights back home than others. Less travel and layover time.
Theairline, both at the terminal and during the entirety of the flight were kept at uncomfortably cold temps. Maybe between 55 and 60 f. Those who had traveled with the airline before donned puffer jackets, wool hats and pulled blankets from their carry-on bags. The seat back entertainment also failed on my trip, leaving me for 12 hrs. With nothing. Seats offered enough room (barely) for a 6'1" frame, but it was pretty tight But the worst offender was the uncomfortable temp..
Amazing business class in a single aisle plane. Fully flat seats, pyjamas, amenity kits, all in all a really complete product. Service was good - not amazing - but they did a good job. Got a few hours sleep. Will fly with them again if I can.

Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.
Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
