Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area

I liked everything: the service, the food, the cleanness. I flew last year with Qatar Airways, so I can compare. Emirates did much better! Especially their meals and service.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!
Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. The food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.
Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.
Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience
Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.
The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.
Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly
The flight from NY to Bangalore was very good but the return flight from Bahrain to NY was mediocre
Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.
Staff is rude and condescending. Airline is badly managed. They take away their flimsy earphones and blankets one hour before the lading. I’ve never experienced this with any other airline. It’s a very portly managed and run airline that should be avoided.
The Senior Flight attendant was just amazing on our Flight GF 284 on 30/11/25. She was so attentive, helpful and caring not just to us but to all in our cabin.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.
Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
The drinks should come before food. Unable to have any fluid unless after food. Thanks
The boarding at Heathrow is chaotic. That's partly due to the lack of space and seating at gate 8, and a Qatar flight from gate 9 at the same time. That's down to Heathrow rather than Gulf Air. I've had a similar experience here before. Another problem which isn't specific to Gulf Air or Heathrow is announcements, and those for boarding in particular. They are difficult to hear with all the other noise and for me with hearing problems it's even worse. A simple tv screen would help, so long as it's updated of course.
Few people on the plane - Was great! The plane was late to board and over an hour late to arrive. They said it was airport control. How can these things not be booked it advance? Very frustrating!

Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. I paid for the services but when I reached the gate there are only few chairs ( around 12)!! This is not accepted. Also the female employer delyed me just to check the weight of my family bags ( so that bags do not overweight 10 kg). One bag was only 6 kg while another was 11.9 kg so she refused to let me pass until I reduced the 1.9 exra kg and transfer it to the 6 kg bag!! I told her all emplyers are understanding and make a total! You shoud teach yr employers how to behave in such situation. Thanks.

Poor airlines no infotainment system no food not even water was offered… absolutely not recommended! Nasmiles was not counted couldnt log in flynas app ! The app doesnt work with booking PNR! Please dont fly on these pathetic budget airlines!

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.
There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.
Cancelled flight probably not enough seats were filled. Mess up with luggage and it took 1.5 hrs to start dispersal on belt
Not much food options, entertainment, crew just ignores your request. The crew is not trained at all at hospitality. No wonder why people talk rudely to Indigo crew.
The seats of the plane were not reclinable. Even if a low cost company, I think this should be possible as the flight is almost 4 hours. There were constant queues at the front toilet throughout the flight. I am not sure why, or if it was because one of the toilets at the backwere not functioning.
Honestly, we did boarding on time. we have stayed almost 2 hours inside an airplane without notification from captain or crew.
Mother had a wheel chair (WC), left at the gate, at boarding I told the person we need a WC. Didn’t care much, opened boarding, not priority for elder or traveling with kids. The person boarding told me it is “my fault”, “I didn’t tell them” (which I did, plus it is on their system). In short, rude boarding personnel at gate, racists, and careless. I am not sure they are airline personnel or Jeddah airport personnel, to be honest. Regardless that messed up our experience.
There cancel my flight less than 24 hours.i lost my train money to airport because their late cancellation. Poor and awful Disgrace

The flight is delayed more than 3 and half hours, we were on the gate but no body told us about the delay and there wasn't a screen right there to shows us the delay, the staff came late also for boarding. We were lost 😕

Boarding staff is changing passenger locations regardless of the money you pay during reservation. They do not respect women and specially when pregnant. Very bad airlines and bad staff. It will be on my blacklist onwards!!
They took our bags at the door of the plane stating that the cabin was full. Then we waited over 39 min for getting the bags from baggage claim. Flight was late This is usual for flyadeal . Very bad experience again
