What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Cons: "The pilot aborted the landing at the last minute and flew to Another airport where we sat on the runway for an hour with no information. After an hour they said it was up to us if we wanted to stay at the airport or continue on to our original destination, with no information where our connecting flights would be. After continuing on to my origina airport, I was forced to buy a visa out of pocket and spend 6 hour waiting for information from the airline. Finally they shuttled me an hour and a half to the previous airport, being very rude the entire time and making me miss the reason I traveled to my destination in the first place."

I asked the Turkish airline representative at the gate if my bag is on the plane. He said "yes". When I arrived to London I couldn't fibd my bag. I spent more than an hour looking for it since the employee assured me it was loaded to the plane, the person who was waiting to pick me yo had to pay around 15£ parking and wait for one hour and a half. I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

Cons: "They locked the bathrooms whenever the staff were passing around drinks, food, or collecting garbage. They claimed it was due to "safety" but every staff was easily walking around passing around drinks. There was no turbulence. Even when multiple people tried to get up to go to the restroom, they sent them away. Finally, when they unlocked the bathrooms after a good 30 mins, there were HUGE lines. They did this multiple times. It doesn't make sense to lock the bathrooms that long. People need to use the restroom and then they create larger lines which is more dangerous because even more people are standing up at the same time. Doesn't make sense. Will probably not use this airline again if this occurs again."

Pros: "Once we landed in Athens, knowing that our next flight would be taking off in 5 minutes, we thought ther was no way that we'd make it. Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Cons: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

The crew on the check in counter refused to issue me a ticket and insisted that I have missed my plane abd I need to purchase a new ticket. They even refused to check if I have made an online chick in. The gulf air online system, did not show me that I have made an online checkin. Unfortunately, the problem was solved by asking someone who work in the airport ( not gulf airlines representative) to check if I have made and online check in and to issue me a ticket to pass through the security control"

Cons: "The flight got delayed from Alexandria and the staff at Manama airport directed us to a counter to get our onward boarding passes but another senior member of staff asked us "what are you doing here" and asked us to go straight to the gate, then when we arrived at Abu Dhabi the baggage did not arrive with us and we had to go back to the airport later to pick them up."
Pros: "The flight was on time and everyone from the ground crew to cabin crew were making sure to secure an on time performance. Checking in and boarding was swift. The flight was short and sweet. De-boarding was quick and taken back to the terminal in a bus."

The Takeoff, Cruise and Landing was NOT bad at all! 5. I guess being an American, it was FOOLISH of me to ask for Ginger Ale on this Egyptian Flight!! 6. When I landed in Cairo, it would have been helpful to know that while going through Customs, I would need to purchase a Egypt Entry Visa fee for $25.00, but since I didn't know that, I waited in line for 20 minutes ONLY to have the Customs agent tell me that I had to go purchase one, then get back I line for ANOTHER 20 minutes!!!!!!! UGGHHHHHH!! 7. I flew on an Airbus that didn't have plug in for your phones to charge (maybe that's just a Boeing thing)."

We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited."

We just sat back, even though we were to board at the beginning. Also, there were A LOT of young children (this is at 2:00 AM in the morning going to Munich). The children were running around with no supervision and it was very nerve racking."
Cons: "I purchased my ticket in January, the airline cancelled my ticket two weeks before my scheduled departure time in mid-June. They offered no recourse other than refunding my ticket, even though they offer the same flight every day at the same time. I was left with no tickets two weeks before my departure time and had to drastically alter my vacation so as to not pay an extremely exorbitant price for a flight, which was still hundreds of dollars more than the price I paid in January."
