Flight was extremely delayed and they didn’t feed us for a 4 hour delay

Los Angeles to London. 25th of April 2026. Business class. I was flying backwards with a complete stranger snoring next to me. In Business class. Males and females, strangers lying next to each other. Seats were backwards. I paid for comfort. I got dizziness and stress.

I missed my flight because I was sick and the medicine the chemist provided made me sleepy. I had to pay $3500 to get home because you classified me as a no-show and would not listen to me otherwise. In addition you wanted to route me through Dubai, which was under siege by the time I arrived home and would’ve been in trouble. Had I taken that route

The aircraft was okay and the crew were friendly, but the seat space felt too tight and the food could be better. Overall, nice service but room for improvement.

Very long and took extra push back to BA staff to get a realistic flight after they made me miss my original direct flight. Eventually landed 9 hours late and incurred many extra costs with other missed bookings

Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration

App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats

a/ c way too cold in Miami airport. Ridiculous cold temperatures. I was suffering the hole time.

Horrible experience, flight was delayed for 3 hours due to insufficient crew and tray was broken. Seats were extra tight for international flight and food was horrible

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.
