The airplane was refreshingly silent in flight than Airbuses, landing was very soft and secure. Food was also warm and light , not a big fan of curry though. Staff was polite, discrete, professional and helpful.

Audi visual not working for a whole group of seats in first class. How does a plane leave the main hub in such poor condition? How much that we can’t see so immediately is also compromised?

Have travelled business class with other airlines who profess to be the best in the world. They can however not beat the service and comfort that BA provide.

The aircraft was okay and the crew were friendly, but the seat space felt too tight and the food could be better. Overall, nice service but room for improvement.

Last minute charge for 1 checked luggage before boarding which wasn’t mentioned when we bought the tickets months ago. It was an unexpected surprise. We had no choice but to pay to board. Most airlines allow your first luggage free.

I ordered short ribs for main course. It tasted sweet, really sweet. Horrible.

Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration

App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats

It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.

My long haul flight had all the room and comfort of a budget short haul Is this BA’s standard now? Like every non descript budget airline
