Honestly pretty good for a discount airline. I was pretty nervous booking them because the reviews I read were all terrible, but the crew were friendly, they provided a small meal for a 70 minute flight, the plane was clean, the take off and landing were flawless. Very happy with the flight.
This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better
The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.
