Cons: "Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little."
Pros: "The crew was good and spent time attending to your needs. It’s what I’ve come to expect from Turkish Airlines."
Cons: "I was reassigned a new seat without notice. I later learned it was due to a malfunction in the seat or IFE system. Several seats seemed effected and broken. The boarding process was disorganized which is unusual for this airline."
Pros: "That was extremely nice of the company that we had that little package with toothpaste, toothbrush, pillow, slippers etc. Very happy about that."

Cons: "announcements in Turkish is interrupted your screen in front of every passenger and you have to listen to it even if you have no idea of what they taking about because it will block everything your are doing .. The solution is very easy as you can setup the screen to your language and the computer can choose to show you only the announcements that is in your language that make sense to you."

Cons: "I am disappointed that Turkish Airlines has not responded to my request for a refund on taxes for this same flight that I did not use on February 19 because I was sick. Dhaka-Istanbul-Tirana-Istanbul-Chicago. They made me pay double what I paid for the entire round trip flight to move this flight 2 days later when I was well enough to fly. I have called and written several times and they have not responded. I have used Turkish Airlines for years and this is very disappointing, I am entitled to the airport taxes that I paid and did not use."
Chaotic boarding began 5 minutes before departure without any announcements explaining the delay. Once on board, an outdated 737 greeted me, without of WiFi. The crew hastily placed trays in front of passengers without any interaction or smiles, only to swiftly retrieve them and vanish for the remainder of the flight. The food provided was inedible, but there were decent juice options like guava and strawberry. The only reason I chose this flight was because of its schedule; otherwise, I would have opted for a different airline.

I had to do another booking fire test with the airlines due to limited time before departure!"

Pros: "I am a big guy. The seat was one of the more comfortable ones in recent times. The five staff that I encountered were all super courteous and helpful. They were also very kind and considerate of the unrelated 6-yr old sitting on the next seat."

First the transit area is crowded and very small The transit airport is only for Saudi airlines , they have only one lounge which is not supporting any Visa card ( means if your Visa card allow you to enter for free lounge you will not find it case it will be in the main airport which they will not allow you to go their and if you want to enter the only lounge their means you must pay or to be alfursan member ) . Second when we enter the airplane and when we reach the runway the captain announced (We have technical problem and we will go back to the gate to fix it) . We stayed 2 hours plus in the airplane then they said we fix it and we will start our journey now . Third :When I reached cairo airport sound 3:30 am , i didn’t find my only bag :( Not only me , around 15-20 passengers had same issue . We went to the counter and they said it’s usually happens in Saudi airlines in the busy season , I was shocked , then he said wait for the next flight case they put some bags on it , I have no choice except waiting case it’s my only bag and everything is in it . But unfortunately after waiting in the airport till 7:30 am I got nothing , they took my number and they give me document that I have a missed bag and they will contact me within 48 hours to update me . I was planing to travel out of cairo but I couldn’t case they said i need to be in cairo if I want the bag to be delivered fast . So I waited till they call me again around 4-5 pm the delivery company told me that they have my bag , I was surprised that they remove the plastic packing ( which we keep it for safety ) and they said case it’s needed to be removed before entering in the X-ray , more over the delivery company ask me to meet them around the airport and I reached before them ( the funny thing , they reach to me through public transportation) what a careless!!!"
Pros: "We got scammed out of the tickets from Justfly.com and Ethiopian Airlines turned us away without looking at our tickets. I am upset. Now I have to get more Covid Testing done and that will cost approx. $700 and new plane tickets. JustFly.com's customer service is misleading and deceiving. And they blocked my number."

Cons: "Every single flight (4 total) took off late and even caused us to miss a connection. On the way to Madrid from Entebbe, my luggage was mislabeled and sent to London and now is completely lost. It has been two days of a trip of having no clothes, shoes, or toiletries other than what I had on my person. And I have yet to hear from anyone with Ethiopian Airlines, only representatives from Madrid airport."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination."
Cons: "Flight delays with no info from staff. Food poorly prepared. No orderly queues - there is aggression with no intervention from staff. There is no need for two security checks when making connections in Addis. Plane loos were all very stinky and dirty. I now remember why I had stopped using ET!"
Pros: "We had a ridiculously tight transit, arriving in Addis Ababa 20 minutes before our Madrid flight was meant to depart, and I was amazed by the outstanding support and assistance provided by the ground staff. Every single person who was meant to make the connecting flight did—and our luggage did too!"
Cons: "There is no phone charging or entertainment. Also couldn't bring on carry-on sized bags with wheels and were forced to check them."

Cons: "The plane was very old with no padding in the seats. You could feel the back of the seat grinding into your back. Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."
