Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.
Fair. What's the point of partnering with United if we cannot use the lounge. My wife is a frequent flier with United but we were refused access to Air Canada lounge
Flying with Air Canada is still better than the discount airlines like Flair. The seats are more comfortable and the on-board entertainment is better, with each seat having a built in screen and lots of content to watch. Onboard WIFI is also great to have, as well as plugs for charging. I think passengers in general are getting better at not bringing too much luggage onboard, and Air Canada is better at managing this without customers feeling like they are being taken advantage of with extra fees. I have travelled on different airlines and all seem to be loading faster, with fewer people bringing both a carry on and a personal item. Now I just bring one item and it fits under the seat so I don't need to worry about finding a place in the overhead bins. Overall, across the industry, asking customers to pay for carry on baggage is fair because it allows customers to only pay for what they need, and it helps to keep the planes on time. Kudos to Air Canada for its approach - the desired result is achieved without customers feeling that they are being surprised and caught with unexpected extra fees.

My outbound trip on Air Canada was cancelled due to the strike. I had to cancel my return flight after booking with other carriers.
Flight issues, landing in Van rough. Attendant on flight to Vancouver was excellent. Delays in Edmonton not your fault but was frustrating
I did the posting for 45 years. I just retired. I’m the only seat in the plane but didn’t have any phone. It has to be mine so imagine seeing 13 hours on the flat seat with a belt that didn’t close all the rest was OK.
My flight from New York to Canada and Canada to Brisbane was canceled, so I had to take united airlines instead flight from New York to Dubai then layover in Dubai 8 hours then from Dubai to Brisbane it was extremely difficult for me , it was a nightmare flying with Canadian airlines unfortunately.
Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.
Must have had an elderly tour on the trip. Plane boarded via tarmac and had both front and tail stairway access. We waited about ten minutes at the rear entrance while elderly folks entered the forward access and walked all the way back to last rows of the aircraft! We could not access the row until every one of them finally reached the final rows. There should have been an agent directing folks Forward and Aft based on seat row. It was comical.
Seating and food was the worst we have experienced in 35 years of traveling for both personal and busines .
Everything excellent except for bag drop off. We started at the D area and that was so slow that it was eventually closed just as we were about to go to a station. We then went to F. We got one suitcase checked and then the screen showed that the station was no longer operable. There were long lines everywhere so we had to ask if we could butt in to the next station to finish. Again, this was the only incident, otherwise it was an excellent flying experience
Flight was excellent, staff was great. My first time in first class and it was very relaxing and comfortable.
They can separate the young children from people who want to have a rest. It had lots of crying and loud noises from the children.
Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages
They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.
horrible! after going through hell and back to get a flight home after my flights got cancelled I also had a delay of 2hrs stuck inside the plane because of some technological problem.
Flight was delayed. Though I checked in with BA live chat three times, our special meals were not provided.
A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.
