New truck, no lines to wait in, and they had time to shuttle me to the airport. Great Experience!
Service was amazing, car was clean. Easy pick up and drop off! Honda CRV did not offer apple car play (or we an alternative) and we didn’t notice any navigation. Tricky getting around. No other concerns though. Thanks -
The drop off location in the email confirmation was wrong, when we arrived we had to drive to another location 15-minutes away
Pricey but minivan was nice
The excellent customer service of pick up and drop off. Even though Driving Force was not located at the airport, and needing to take a 20min. taxi ride to the pick up/drop off area, the price point is still attractive and affordable. Thank you to the Driving Force team and best wishes!
Issue was with Kayak and Driving Force. Kayak confirmed we had a Honda civic with unlimited milage. Driving Force does not even carry civics in Thunder Bay and although there was on truck available that day, the manager wanted to charge me $120. a day with a 100 km limit for the day. The original confirmed civic would have cost $61. I believe that as a customer with a confirmed reservation, the truck should have been rented to me for the same conditions as the civic - $61 with unlimited milage. As a result I was without a vehicle for the entire business trip. Thanks Kayak and thanks Driving Force....
Whitehorse rental for a week- convenient airport pickup and drop off, phone call after booking to review pickup etc., very comfortable large SUV for 7 people
Never fulfilled our contract, didn’t have the car we reserved upon arrival.
looked after all my needs great. the only suggestion is have a shuttle on weekends. cost 25 dollars to get to airport
The address listed on the 3rd party site is incorrect. We took a taxi to the old building then had to take another one. When we got there, nothing was explained to us. We walked out to the car, and was told that we were given an “upgrade” and with that upgrade no longer had unlimited miles. Worse experience with a rental car agency.
