Pros:pricing was one thing
Cons:. a little seedy. car was not clean inside or out. the rental signing process a little outdated and in an uncomfortable setting. In the end, the pricing was not that much cheaper than the nationals/brand names. The policy about the rental period is strict. severe penalty for dropping off after 24 hour period...so ridiculous that I uber'ed to a couple places after I returned the car. My flight came in early and I picked up an hour earlier than anticipated but was leaving at my expected time 26 hours later. 2 extra hours was double the cost.
Pros:The car worked.
Cons:They were rude when we picked up the car, they were incredibly rude when calling our insurance provider, whom we know personally. They were incredibly vague about the drop-off policy and threatened an abandonment fee when I even brought it up. I called corporate to resolve the issue and the people I spoke to, serveral people, we're even more rude, dismissive, and insulting. I was out in hold mid-sentence and transferred without any notification to the stor, which had no idea why I'd been transferred. I completely regret using them. The car had an air freshener hanging from the nirror, but still smelled.
Cons:Car smelled like cigarettes. Booked online which apparently was the wrong thing to do. The company has no communication with online booking company.
Pros:Price
Cons:Tire was bad and went flat and ESPECIALLY the sorry DONUT SPARE tire in the trunk that is not safe for highway driving.
Pros:Quick shuttle service to and from airport, clean car, good value overall.

Cons:Had to call to find out that we wanted the Colonial Airport Parking shuttle after we waited for a while hoping for a Rent-A-Wreck shuttle. Car smelled like cigarette smoke and windows were a bit foggy on the inside. The office wasn't marked The guys at the drop off place weren't particularly helpful with my questions.

Pros:Clean car on inside despite scratches all over the outside. Shuttle drivers personable. Rental staff nice.
Cons:Not convenient to airport. You need to take normal rental car shuttle and then wait for another shuttle, that with traffic took 20 minutes to pick me up and another 15 minutes back to office. Thus, spent lots of time just getting shuttle. Not convenient to Midway. The extra time certainly not worth the few dollar savings.
Cons:The facility was not at the airport. The facility was closed before I was even reasonably able to travel the 30 minutes from the airport to get there. They transfer you to their "sister" company at the airport and apply "airport" fees to hike up your reservation. They steal your money with a smile on their face.
Pros:Cheapest in Billings
Cons:Advertised at airport, but it was off location. Had to pay an additional $30 to leave the car in long term parking since the office was closed (at 3pm on a Monday) after being told they should have been open! Labor Day! Totally false and the manager would not work with us on it whatsoever even though kayak said they would be open!
