Car wasn’t ready even though we arrived 1.5 hours after our established pick up time. Kept saying it would be only 5-10 minutes longer, due to the car being dirtier than they thought. Confusion between check in agent & the rep that hands customer the keys over; needing additional signatures and logging the VIN & plates after we left the lot. Apparently they require you to take a video of the car before leaving, which we were not told. Confrontational drop off/check in rep because we didn’t have video. Felt very unprofessional & shady, won’t use again.

They were not organized, with 15-20 people waiting and 2 staff in a demountable working. Their system required paper data entry and twice while I was waiting customers were charged twice on their credit cards.

Well I never picked up the rental car since the office was closed after I arrived. Kudos to Expedia who helped me cancel the reservation.

Friendly staff. However, the surcharges and small print it's a complete rip-off. At the end my car rental with two different insurance coverage was $100 more than advertised!

I couldn’t make it over to the terminal fast enough to catch last shuttle to get over to rental center. So couldn’t pick up my car. Then couldn’t get anyone on the phone to talk to about canceling or anything. So I had to pay for a rental I never got.

I had to wait over an hour for my vehicle. My car wasn’t even there. Staff was polite and offered me water and a snack . Many irate customers that left upset. Said they had 24 hour shuttle service . I had an early flight. Dropped off vehicle to be told by Hilton staff that shuttle does not start 5:30. My flight boarded at 5;55. Thankfully the shuttle employee drove me over. I did not miss my flight. The car was an upgrade but smelled of cigarette smoke. Also kept warning me to replace batteries in key fob Don’t think I will use Easirent again

Horrible! Do not rent with them! They didn't have the car i booked, then when they found one, it was 30 minutes away, and not clean, so I would have had to wait for the car to be cleaned! They kept you waiting around while they tried to figure out a car for you. So walked away with a much smaller car than I booked and just a horrible experience in total. Also the staff don't give a s***.

Customer service was excellent. The car was great, however, it was not clean when I picked it up. Other than the lack of cleanliness,, it was a great experience.
