This company is very unprofessional. The driver that picked us up from the airport was yelling at the group and being very ignorant to everyone because he did not make more than 20$ in tips. The front counter girl was on the phone with her I am assuming boyfriend while we were trying to re book as she said our booking was canceled because our flight was late. She was very unprofessional, told me to give her my credit card then just over charged me on everything without even asking me or telling me the cost of all these extra costs….. Then gave me a car that was you can tell just returned as it was dirty on the inside and had less then a quarter tank of gas. The car was also left in gear when I entered it. I will be contacting head office over the next few days to try and get some of the money back that they over charged me. Put simple I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AS IT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED! The driver that drove us back to the airport after our trip I will say was professional and treated us very well that is the only good thing I have to say Maybe he should be running this division of this company

The car was not ready, then they gave us a dirty car that had not been cleaned between renters. The car was wobbly when going over 60 miles per hour.

It cost us 900$ more than what we already paid, picking up the car it took 1h. With 2 small childrens after a day of transportation it was a lot. We didn't even get the car we asked for, so it was a lot smaller and it made it uncomfortable. It wasn't clear at all that te pick up wasn't at the airport so it took us a lot of time and stress to find the shuttle and get to rental office. I will never book again that kind of rental, it was missing a lot of informations. Really disappointed.

TERRIBLE. I arrived at MCO at 10:00pm, Waited for the shuttle to take me to the rental’s office but they never came. At 10:39pm I called the office about three times, no answer. I was left stranded. I decided to rent another car and leave the matter for the next day. The following day I called the office, spoke to a very rude lady who said that if I wasnt at the office by 11pm the night before, it was considered a no-show, so no refund. She hung up. NEVER AGAIN shall I rent from them and KAYAK should remove them from your list of options.

This was the worst experience I have had with a company in a long time. My flight was cancelled, rebooked and then delayed again. I was dealing with a major snow storm up north, and trying to figure out my vacation for my family. This place refused to give me a refund or another car because I was marked as a no show due to my flight issues. There was zero compassion, empathy or patience and understanding. So they kept my money, were not helpful, were rude and it was not a good start to my vacation. I will never even consider using this company again.
