Everything except that they asked me for an International driving permit when i was getting the car. It was not specified when I booked the car. They got me to buy 50$/day insurance because I don't have international driving permit.
Great people and good car for a reasonable price. Really need to study other vendors to make the pick up and drop off procedures more transparent and efficient
Faster communication by phone
They did not give me a car, because they only give cars to EU citizens and it was not mentioned anywhere on kayak or rentalcars during the booking.
The address listed in the confirmation was not the address for the pickup point at the Rzeszow airport. The signage at the drop off point was very poor. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for a place to drop the keys
I had received a car with a faulty engine. The car was brand new but somehow the engine would shut off while I was driving and then turn on 5 seconds later. This was not just a fuel efficiency feature but rather something wrong with the engine. Other than that the car was fine to drive but would recommend get a slight used car as there could be problems with new ones.
Great experience, no complaints.
I need refund of my money, because I didn't get the car from Panek, because of their policy not to give cars to foreigners.
Cars they provide are not serviced or cleaned. Very vague response to the problems mentioned to them. simply bad experience, will never use them in the future.
