Cons:This is borderline fraud. The rate was ridiculously low, but on arrival I was told I needed to obtain the full insurance on the car. Extremely poor customer service bordering on rude. We walked away.

Pros:drop off was easy and when shuttle was going late, the guy offered to drive me to terminal, but then the shuttle showed up.
Cons:1. They forced me to buy the more expensive insurance. They wouldn't rent the car unless I did. Another lady refused and they let her go, so my rental ended up costing 3x. 2. It took forever to get the car because they kept forcing the up-sell, while the family was waiting. It felt like a mafia run rental agency. 3. The car didn't have a front license plate and instead had this big piece of paper pasted to front windshield that obstructed passenger view.

Cons:Very deceptive pricing. Company Would not rent vehicle without purchasing their own insurance, which was more expensive than the cost of the rental itself, and this was not indicated anywhere while making the reservation

Cons:Biggest issue was we bought insurance through kayak and when we got to rental place they said it was not valid and charged us a crazy amount to insure. Would definitely not use them again. Feel like they take advantage of people not from Mexico.

The Fox Rental Company (partnered with Europecar) out of Jacksonville Airport, first provided us a vehicle that smelled strongly as if it had been smoked in, then provided us with a vehicle that seemed fine until it got dark. Then we realized that neither of the headlights worked. So we needed to use the high beams to drive at night for the entire duration of our 7 night stay. They gave us a generous discount and were very easy to work with the whole time, but the quality of the vehicles provided was obviously very low.

Cons:The address is not correct, the car does not exist and the price is 60 usd (instead of 41 usd) for a cheaper category of car, plus i have to pay the insurance cause they don’t accept the insurance of the credit card. It’s a fraud.
