I got a replacement to a damaged Nissan Sentra economy. In exchange I received a Kia suv. I didn’t ask for an suv. It was provided to me. Why was I charged extra ???

It took over three plus hours to actually get my car rental vehicle from Routes. Staff were very rude and unprofessional. The vehicles provided were inoperable and filthy. The worst car rental experience I have ever had in my life.

The wait was over an hour and a half. Staff was rude. Car wasn’t cleaned, full of dents, pulled left and drop off, no one there to receive the vehicle.

The car rental place was a very poor experience. Us and everyone else had to wait over 2 hours to get our rental. The company is extremely unorganized and several of the employees stated, this is the norm. Drop off was not better and we were told others had been there for over 6 hours waiting for their rentals. This is unacceptable.
