Pros:Lindon was Super helpful and friendly when I called ahead to confirm the reservation AND the day of! We’ve worked with other companies, but will be returning to State Van rental because of his excellent customer service
Cons:It would have been better if they had high-ceiling or Promaster cargo vans
Great Service nice and very clean van i use van for 5 day it was awesome staff is excelent all people at state van rantal very professional great very vvvvvvvvvvvv HAPPY
We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.
My experience with State Van Rental was ok. The attended was professional and explained there process. What could have been better….. an updated van. I like how the attendant came and picked us up and drop us right off at the drop off area for our flight. In my next travel if a van is needed I will use them again.
Cons:they cancelled on us and said they had not vans

Cons:Don’t overbook the reservation and let the customer immediately if they don’t have cats available

Cons:Drop off was a bit difficult but the lot that you drop off in had construction.
