Pros:The staff was excellent, detailed oriented and provided options for me.
Cons:The dollar amount was different from my reservation which we weren't expecting to pay more from our quote.

Cons:Pickup was a zoo. Called and asked if I could pick car up at 3 instead of 5 was told no. Would be easier for them if i picked up at time on reservation. Got there at 450 and lobby was packed and had to wait outside. They did not have a number system to take care of customers and everyone was going up to counter as soon as some one left, thought there was going to be a fight. I did not talk to a representative until 550, yes I waited over an hour almost just cancelled reservation and went to Budget down the street, should have. The guy that was working our reservation just kept trying to add extra stuff I just wanted my car so I could get on the road had a 4 1/2 hour ahead of me and didn't want to get there at midnight. I will never get a car through Enterprise again.....I have always had a better experience with Budget so I will just use them.
